I have been working at Interval International full-time

    Pros

Diverse place to work. 401K employer match.

    Cons

Management style is very dated across the board. Pay is low compared to other employers. Very stagnant.

I worked at Interval International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good location in South Miami. Worked there for about 2 years. IT is somewhat dysfunctional and inefficient. Other departments run better.

    Cons

Comp and benefits not at market for Miami.

Office space old and not conducive for team work, not up to par for a large organization. Kind of embarrassing when guests come really.

    Advice to Management

Invest in people and your offices. It'll boost morale and profits.

    Pros

Company benefits and a few perks.

    Cons

All C-Level and many of the VP's are extremely out of touch with the real world. They are protected in their cozy interval world where they can only get away with what they do their. Don't expect to be treated fairly by certain Svp's unless you golf with them or know them outside of work or are their relatives. Not a place for those looking to start a career unless you don't need market pay.'

    Advice to Management

Please retire and let some new people and young blood in the company so they can save it.

I have been working at Interval International full-time

    Pros

Personable environment, professional, paid time off resort perks. Most individuals working very friendly.

    Cons

Phone work extremely monotonous, lack of product to offer, nature of call work is the worst part. Monotonous work that doesnt change.

    Advice to Management

Find ways to change and improve inbound call work in exchange department. To make work more engaging, enjoyable.

I worked at Interval International as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Relatively easy training. Only 1 major system to manage unlike other companies that require multiple systems to be up at all times. You get to talk to people that are mostly happy because they are going on vacation instead of the typical grouchy customer who is ready to tear your head off at the first opportunity.

    Cons

Not a lot of hours available to pick up for independent contractors.

    Advice to Management
