    I worked in DCM in New York, the office was quite small so I had a great exposure to many different themes, economical, financial and legal.

    Cons

    Intesa is frequently bookrunner, but rarely book leader.

    Low turnover, good family vibe. Management is approachable, youthful, and very intell u gent.

    Cons

    Slow to react to the market. Enters new opportunities too late becuase decision are made by the headquarters in Milan.

    Every day strong learning opportunities from very senior colleagues and from managing deals-companies belonging to wide range of industries
    Great work-private life balance
