    I worked in DCM in New York, the office was quite small so I had a great exposure to many different themes, economical, financial and legal.

    Cons

    Intesa is frequently bookrunner, but rarely book leader.

    Pros

    Low turnover, good family vibe. Management is approachable, youthful, and very intell u gent.

    Cons

    Slow to react to the market. Enters new opportunities too late becuase decision are made by the headquarters in Milan.

    Good team of hard working employees. Comfortable work environment and easy to sit down and talk with management.

    A bit of red tape and the company in general felt a bit behind the times with procedures

    Pros

    Work-life is really balance, and you don’t have much work to do. Almost everyone can leave on time. So it is good.

    Cons

    No salary increment. You stay there for 10 years also the same. No bonus at all. Don’t expect you will have the benefit like other banks.

    Advice to Management

    If you like coffee, please come.
