I have been working at Inteva Products full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of learning. Standarized work. Team-work. Good benefits. Overall, I like working here, I have been at this company for 3 years.

    Cons

It is my opinion that is a bit difficult to advance. They bring managers from outside, old people, with outdated practices instead of growing the young that are already part of the company.

    Advice to Management

Develop your young employees. Young people have a lot to bring to the table. Develop their leadership. Grow internally instead of bringing retired managers from outside, or back from retirement.

    Pros

Healthcare and benefits are nice. Good place for a starter job and gain some experience.

    Cons

Long working hours. Terrible upper management. Management screams / scolds salaried employees and supervisors in front of other employees.

I have been working at Inteva Products full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work, good co-workers when we can actually work

    Cons

People way into each others business, fraternization between upper management and line workers, seems you have to engage in this activity to move up in the business. Tired of the gossip about people's divorces, std's and marital infidelity. It has been going on so much lately.

    Advice to Management

Keep it in your pants and out of work. Work is work, be professional and leave home life at home. Fire those that are inadequate and engage in unprofessional behavior. Keep those in the office in the office doing their job and those on the line in the back where they are supposed to be.

    Pros

The moral between coworkers can be good, when supervision and management is not involved, good group dynamics, many smart cooperative support ppl.

    Cons

Erratic management, overly ambitious managers who overly stress employees, this does not apply to all departmdnts, low eployes moral, poor working conditions

    Advice to Management

Don't just hire ambitious managers and promote supervisors who are unqualified and not ppl oriented, have some level or threshold for mgr behavior

I worked at Inteva Products full-time

    Pros

Decent facility and most of the people are nice to work with. Consistent work and pay is ok. Location is easy to get to.

    Cons

Lack of integrity among many employees. Distracting conversation that decrease productivity about employees having extra marital affairs with supervisors. One lady in particular from the front office talking in excess about it.

    Advice to Management

Hire people with more integrity and fires those that don't. It's embarrassing and unprofessional. More needs to be done to keep people on task and out of everyone else's business.

I worked at Inteva Products (More than a year)

    Pros

Forwarding thinking IT department and focused on improving the employee experience through technology. Fantastic leadership and I enjoyed my time with the team, one of the best and most highly skilled IT teams that I have been a part of.

    Cons

Company was slow moving on improvements and policies. This is the case with any large organization as there are many processes in place before a change is put through. Being more agile would only benefit them.

    Advice to Management

Allow more flexibility in remote working options. The HR department is slightly behind the times and could use some updates.
