    Pros

    good sales experience
    fun, laid back environment
    cool people to work with
    good resume builder
get to learn about all the new phones and what's hot in the wireless market.

    Cons

    low salary/hr
    very bad commission structure
even if you do end up making commission, there's always something wrong with your sale which ends up with you making little to no commission

    Advice to Management

Make the employees feel appreciated and improve commission / pay structure. About 90% of employees that i knew in the company were dissatisfied with management for one reason or another.
