    Pros

Love the autonomy and the fun culture. Continuous learning and professional growth is fostered. Fast paced and always interesting. Sales team truly believes in teamwork which creates a positive culture.

    Cons

Working through recent acquisition which has been a bit rocky.

    Advice to Management

Please continue to communicate to the rank and file. We understand that the recent acquisition created some issues but we need more communication from the top down.

I have been working at Intralinks full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

great work/life balance and interesting industry to be in. Strategic financials salesforce are for the most part great people to work it.

    Cons

a lot of politics, typical "corporate america" BS where there isn't much insight into what leadership is thinking/doing and takes a long time for any time of promotional decision to be made. if being promoted from within, compensation will be underwhelming and there is no room for negotiation

    Advice to Management

don't explicitly low-ball your employees when it is such a relationship driven business and a valued employee leaving could have a significant impact on your business (particularly when it takes them a significant amount of time to make a decision on a new hire)

    Pros

constant change of technologies leads to being able to use the almost latest and greatest things. Some people really know their stuff and are super willing to help out.

    Cons

sales and back-end development really drive this company - what they want, the company will do, sometimes to the detriment of other departments' goals.

    Pros

Great culture, very flexible WFH policy. They keep you well fed. They recognize you for your contributions. I do think that my team had a particularly great dynamic. Everyone was fun, creative and had great work ethic. A lot of focus on working as a team.

    Cons

There may be a slight disconnect between different technical teams, that may need to collaborate and work together.
