Friendly people and impactful work, insufficient onboarding process

    Dec 24, 2021 - Software Engineering Intern
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

The products are highly impactful, ex: millions of small businesses use Quickbooks. Intuit's culture is friendly and uplifting. Interns work alongside employees and are encouraged to take initiative.

    Cons

Insufficient onboarding leaves interns feeling, sometimes, lost at sea. Interns may find it difficult to write and navigate code, internalize their team's workflow, and understand the impact of their work.

    PM MBA Internship

Dec 19, 2021 - MBA Product Manager Intern in Mountain View, CA

    Pros

Good pay, relaxed working environment. Interns are trusted with real projects.

    Cons

My manager left during my 3rd week and nobody gave a damn. Your internship quality/experience will highly depend on your manager.
