I have been working at Intuit full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Awesome culture. Smart people without unnecessary egos. Great benefits. Great feedback culture. If you work hard, you will get rewarded.

    Cons

Sometimes lacks clarity like any big company at the working team level. That said, leadership is super clear about our mission & goals which is inspiring and exciting.

    Advice to Management

Prioritize. Prioritize. Keep investing in your people - it makes it an awesome place to really do the best work of our lives.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Intuit full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great pay, benefits, and work life balance

    Cons

    - Middle to upper management lacks authenticity, confidence and expertise to lead
    - Inconsistent messages delivered from CEO to VP to Group Manager levels
    - Clique-y environment; if you run in the 'wrong' circles, you can expect to be steamrolled by the opposing side
    - No innovation with products or services that are being developed
    - Poor morale with constant re-orgs and layoffs
    - Lack of transparency with middle to upper management
    - Corroding or non-existent trust with direction we are taking as a company

    Advice to Management

Technical expertise is important, but leadership is more important. Everyone suffers when no one is bought into a changing target of expectations.
