    Pros

    Incredible opportunities, great salary and as far as sales goes, it's a top notch team to be on. Management is very receptive and trustworthy.

    Cons

    Training and exact expectations can be a little blurred if your added to an already functioning team, however on a positive note the team will already be functioning.

    Pros

    My peers in the sales role.

    Cons

    No clear direction, no communication from management, scattered reporting, no transparency, process driven as opposed to patient care, no reasoning behind numbers or goals, very unhappy salesforce, micro management for CRM system which is not an efficient use of time, mixed messages regarding how to manage time, lack of training for post acute/long term care.
