Making Improvements
Sep 7, 2016 - Anonymous Employee in San Jose, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The people who work here are bright and the technology is one of a kind. It's a very exciting space to be in right now and I think the company is well on it's way to being able to grow, not only on the technological side, but also company culture as well.
Cons
Work and life balance is lacking here. The teams are very lean and may not properly staffed for where the company wants to go.

Pros
Emerging technology, Interesting products and deep knowledge in MEMS design
Cons
Horrible management !!!!!! Roadmap of the company changes quarterly if not monthly. Most of the managers are promoted immaturely and not qualified to be a manager at all. Lots of micromanaging .. No work/life balance at all. Expect to work in the weekends. Basically you need to work like crazy to satisfy the high end customers needs. There is no feedback mechanism , your manager will not give you feedback at all at the end of the quarter, because they They don't give you a decent salary increase or title upgrade unless you ask for it , or show them you have an offer in hand. They tell you, they value you only you have an offer. Otherwise you are a working slave. Horrible insurance plans and benefits, not even close to an average company.
