    Pros

    The role itself is pretty easy with a laid back environment with good work / life balance & potential of hitting goals & bonus. Training dept is great.

    Cons

    No confirmation of your bonus attainment from Management, inconsistencies with what is right, wrong, good or bad. Decisions are never concrete and lacking policy. Too many unprofessional activities with employees & management.

    Advice to Management

    Stop the mind games. Put policies in place & stick with them. Put in writing to sales reps what they attained & bonus being received. Quit leaving everything to assumption.

    Well over 40 people were let go on August 31. That has to be a con

    Advice to Management

    Quit recruiting people under false pretenses. Admit to yourselves you suck

    Pros

    You're not forced to stay.

    Cons

    Horrible, lying people who will gouge, cheat and steal. They bait and switch benefits... promised PTO that I could never take....promised $13.00 per hour after the first week, never happened. They also hire offenders, BEWARE and remember I warned you.

    Advice to Management

    Provide what you promised, pay a decent wage to attract real salespeople instead of warm bodies dialing 200 numbers a day that have been called 200 times already.....PONZI scheme to make you think you have a chance of making commission when all the money goes to the owner.

    Benefits are expensive and sub par

    Pros

    Laid-back environment, friendly staff, 8-5, break room with snacks and drinks to buy at a semi decent price.

    Cons

    Training was good..but very unrealistic to how this job is! The 1 or 2 call close is like a white elephant. The call coach didn't coach me at all, and lacked encouragement to the team, alot of work for the pay and really hard to sell product, even though it is a great deal!

    Advice to Management

    Make sure you call coaches are doing their job, and coaching calls so employees feel like there is room for growth instead of feeling stagnant

    Pros

    Camaraderie is strong with the rand-n-file people, mainly because you're all at war with upper management's greed and nonsense, but it's there nonetheless. Some people say 25 cent sodas, but those people are sad and lack vision. The bankers hours thing is nice. Also, they will hire just about anyone and dont even think about drug testing, so if you're a cokehead and/or recent prison release and need a 40 hour paycheck, they will likely have you.

    Cons

    Pay is well below industry standard, and keeps shrinking every time they twiddle with the bonus structure, which happens far too often. They are also well versed in the art of making bonus money disappear while smiling in your face and telling you it's a great opportunity, leaving you to wonder who exactly this is a great opportunity for. You wont move up in this company unless you're good at winning popularity contests, as solid results are often panned while sleeping around and partying with the right people is seen as the metric of all metrics.

    Advice to Management

    The wheels are about to fall off - but keep doing what you're doing. I know you wont listen to anyone else anyway.

    not enough training on day to day how to's. High turn over and low hourly rates.

    Pros

    No drug testing. I guess good work/life balance. Food sold on site.

    Cons

    They hire people with criminal records. Cold calling. And micromanagement.

    Advice to Management

    Don't turn a blind eye. It only hurts the company in the long run. Also, you get what you pay for. Dropping base pay drastically was the start of the decline.
