I don't find even a single positive thing in this organization. The good reviews you are watching are all fake and must have been written under pressure.

I would have given it a zero but there's no such option. Worst organisation ever if you are looking to work for it. The CEO of the company, that is Arvind, is not an MBA and treats his employees as his slaves. Since he doesn't have a management degree and is running his father's business, he doesn't know how to manage people and therefore has created a very toxic environment. This guy doesn't even provide leaves to his employees when they/their family members are sick. And worse part - makes them work on public holidays like 26th Jan as well. He has a sick Indian mentality and thinks that he has bought his employees because he is paying them salary. The organisation has a so called HR who works as a personal assistant of Arvind and doesn't have a say in anything. Please BEWARE before joining this company and working under such an idiot.
