Pros
An engineering company with a history of technical excellence. Good culture and team spirit. Strong support and many internal opportunities.
Cons
Since Schneider-Electric takeover there has been a slow decline in the engineering side of the company with more of an emphasis on selling products. Schneider-Electric encompasses a myriad of sub-companies with a very confusing product range (see their web-site) and no clear focus on what the company is.
