      Pros

good benefits, good on your resume

      Cons

Upper management has no clue as to what is going on. They also allow abusive employees to stay, even when everyone is aware. Not a friendly place to women in general.

        Pros

Pay was pretty good and the health benefits were excellent. The office was a beautiful location and high caliber environment to work in.

        Cons

Senoir leadership has no strategy at all as result the direction of the company changes every 6-9 months. It seems like everything is being reinvented continuously even down to the company name, logo and colors. No way to ever deliver a solid brand or strategy. As result, no job security, people are promoted based on the leaders in power at the moment which changeas as the wind blows. VP's and Directors don't tell one another what they are doing so everyone works in silos. The corporate communication and atmosphere is as disorganized as their strategy. There is no communication and it shows throughout the organization.

I am hopeful I’ll get an offer soon. I have an upcoming 10-day trip in 2 months and am wondering when is the right time to bring it up/negotiate time off: When they send me the offer? If yes, do I tell HR or try to reach out to the manager? When I start the job? A few days after I start?
