Pros
The best reasons to work for Invensys, it is a company that has very high regard for quality. It is a company that believes in process. For the most part, they have very solid processes in place. There's a lot of room for learning new things. Employees are encouraged to learn the latest and greatest technology out there.
Cons
One of the downsides working at Invensys is long hours is typical.
