Pros
1- Legacy of Innovative Products and Technology with a Loyal Customer Base 2- Workforce is dedicated to satisfying their customers and generally supportive of each other 3- Willing to embark on significant changes to transform the business
Cons
1- Few of the business strategy or organizational changes are sustained long enough to deliver on their promised results, leading many employees to have difficulty deciphering what Invensys's actual business strategy is 2- Frequent leadership changes at the top often seem arbitrary, unsettling, and demotivating (and a big factor contributing to #1 above). 3- Foxboro offices are so poorly maintained, especially compared to other company locations, that it lowers morale
