    Pros

Great job so far. I've really enjoyed working with fellow co-workers and management. They're very knowledgeable from top to bottom.

    Cons

None to share at the moment. I've been there for roughly four years and have really enjoyed every minute of it.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. I've really enjoyed every aspect of my job and learning about the financial industry. Great job!

All of people in team are very helpful, professional, and patient. Good management

    Cons

    The shift is too late

I have been working at Invesco full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great culture, never get fired, good advancement opportunities, good/smart people, growing company.

    Cons

There are very few cons. The only thing I would change is the compensation type. We get huge bonuses and smaller salaries. I would rather have a large salary with a smaller bonus.

I have been working at Invesco (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people, great benefits, manageable work/life balance. Broad product lineup with growing reputation of success. Resourceful portfolio managers that offer a high level of transparency and insight to their strategies when requested

    Cons

Occasional unnecessary and unclear initiatives from upper management. Day to day performance metrics change often making it difficult to understand what exactly management wants the focus to be.

I have been working at Invesco full-time

    Pros

Fairly Structured, hands on learning, develop skills in multiple areas, great stepping stone to another position, transferable skills.

    Cons

Can be tedious or boring. Hitting the sales goal is of the upmost importance. Have to deal with annoying and rude brokers.

    Advice to Management

All good internal sales consultants leave the company because there are so few career opportunities afterwards. If you want to retain talent, open positions.

    Pros

Great pay, great benefits, great culture, great hours (37.5 hour weeks)

    Cons

Internal Growth Opportunities are difficult, disconnect from management and sales desk.

I have been working at Invesco full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are good but not great. Large company. Lots of room for growth. Great work/ life balance.

    Cons

Can have a decent amount of turnover, but that creates opportunities for you. Pay is right at the average.

    Advice to Management

There isn't much interaction with managers, you are expected to do your job so if you have a lot of interaction with managers, you are probably doing poorly.

I have been working at Invesco full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Smaller atmosphere. Many tenured employees in higher positions. Starting pay is about average. The hours that they are open is great. Love the fact that when you call in, you speak directly with a person compared to going through a voice automated system.

    Cons

Technology is very behind. Not user friendly for shareholders or employees. To many sub departments that could be condensed. Processes that are over complicated. Addressing and changing issues that have been lingering instead of penalizing employees.

    Advice to Management

They need to decipher on what is more important when it comes to client facing. Taking ownership or allowing only first point of contact to handle on matters. If they are going to say they are efficient, there has to be a major change in the platform of technology that is offered.

I have been working at Invesco full-time

    Pros

Wonderful friendly place to work. I work with great consultants that are very talented, highly educated and have great communication skills. Great work life balance when not traveling.
Very nice and large kitchen on main floor to store lunch/free coke products. Nice premier building in Atlanta.

    Cons

Young inexperienced managers are not monitored closely for growth opportunities.
"Pay for performance" does not work as they suggest.
    Atlanta traffic

    Advice to Management

Look for trends in HR/payroll reporting for good/great performance ratings yet decrease in overall pay- year over year. Sends a contradictory message to employees.

    Advice to Management
