    Diversified by geography and asset class/investment approach

    Cons

    As a very large global organization it is difficult to maintain an entrepreneurial spirit and to keep track of what is happening within other parts of the organization

    Advice to Management

    Place even more emphasis on retaining key personnel - especially within the investment departments

    Good benefits and get paid overtime. Great people to work with, everyone is very nice.

    Work very long hours sometimes with little consideration. On the smaller side, so not a lot of room for advancement within Powershares

    Be a little more considerate of other people's time.
