    Good culture, open and honest. Little in the way of politics

    Cons

    Too many of the employees had been there a long time and little engagement with the wider industry to understand where the real issues are.

    Pros

    Great Place for an experienced person.
    Good Salary Package.
    No hectic work schedule as such.
    One of the Captives.

    Cons

    Not much of a learning for a fresher.
    Food not so great.
    Lazy work schedule.
    Not enough leaves.

    Advice to Management

    Sense of entitlement is different for different positions.
    More Projects than BAU's should be dealt.
    Internal job rotations should be more flexible.

    Pros

    An alright place to be. Good benefits. Well organized and process oriented. People are very nice and there are some that have been working there since 1980s.

    Cons

    Constant cost cutting and "workforce location optimization" meaning jobs are moved to cheaper markets.
    All calls are made in the US. Everybody says it used to be better when it was Canadian company.

    Advice to Management

    Stop sacrificing good talent for cheap low quality labor, while flying on your private jets.

    Invesco should subcontract out most of its back office operations because they won't be about to cut fees without that
