I have been working at Invesco full-time

    Pros

The people in my group are great. I enjoy being around them.

    Cons

Management is horrible. They are completely out of touch with how things actually work and don't care how behind the software is. Process documentation is at an extreme level to the point where you have to document the process on how to document processes. There is lots of finger pointing and being rude.

    Advice to Management

Learn how things actually operate and know how the job gets done

I have been working at Invesco full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits including generous 401(k) supplemental, opportunities to explore within the company, great management team, great company culture and community partner.

    Cons

You either love it or don't. Experiences seem to vary among employees. The majority love it. Personally, can not find anything really negative to point at. Like all companies, it is not perfect but it is relatively desirable.

    Pros

Great job so far. I've really enjoyed working with fellow co-workers and management. They're very knowledgeable from top to bottom.

    Cons

None to share at the moment. I've been there for roughly four years and have really enjoyed every minute of it.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. I've really enjoyed every aspect of my job and learning about the financial industry. Great job!

    Pros

Great culture, never get fired, good advancement opportunities, good/smart people, growing company.

    Cons

There are very few cons. The only thing I would change is the compensation type. We get huge bonuses and smaller salaries. I would rather have a large salary with a smaller bonus.

I have been working at Invesco full-time

    Pros

They make sure you're trained very well
    The people are great
    Benefits are pretty good

    Cons

The job itself isn't good. You're on the phones all day and it's easy to begin to hate your job.
It's sometimes hard to move up in the company.

    Advice to Management

Give the reps a chance to get off the phones from time to time. We get burned out. We're happy to work and learn, but talking to clients who aren't often happy is exhausting.
