    Pros

Invesco is a company that truly cares about its employees' work-life balance. You can tell that management takes the time to listen to feedback and does their best to address concerns and problems.

    Cons

It seems like the benefits are getting worse every year, but that may be true for many companies.

I have been working at Invesco full-time

    Pros

Wonderful friendly place to work. I work with great consultants that are very talented, highly educated and have great communication skills. Great work life balance when not traveling.
Very nice and large kitchen on main floor to store lunch/free coke products. Nice premier building in Atlanta.

    Cons

Young inexperienced managers are not monitored closely for growth opportunities.
"Pay for performance" does not work as they suggest.
    Atlanta traffic

    Advice to Management

Look for trends in HR/payroll reporting for good/great performance ratings yet decrease in overall pay- year over year. Sends a contradictory message to employees.

    Pros

    Great work life balance
    Good culture
    Decent benefits, 401k match
    Good products

    Cons

Company has grown through acquisition, so there is still a disconnect between the different business units
    Limited upward mobility

    Advice to Management

Marty Flanigan & Co. have done a good job. I think the company looks good for future growth. Recently came out with a bunch of alternative products, so it will be interesting to see how that works out for them in the future.

    Pros

The people and the atmosphere at Invesco were great. I worked at the Dallas office, it is a great company to work for and as an intern I was able to learn a ton about the company as well as being thouroghly involved.

    Cons

Although I was able to interact with several of the other groups inside the company there were server all others that I wish I could have had more of an interaction with.

    Advice to Management

I really enjoyed the fact that the management reached out to the interns in an attempt to learn from them and hope they continue this.
