    Middle management, Henley office have to jump through hoops with the american offices to get actions approved

    Has some good investment people

    Cons

    Invesco should subcontract out most of its back office operations because they won't be about to cut fees without that

    Pros

    Exposure to a wide scope of investment strategies across various asset classes

    Cons

    Company does not value employees. No effort for talent retention. Constant turnover. Management is short-sighted and is unwilling to make upfront investment to build the organization. Very bureaucratic and lots of politics.

    Pros

    Excellent group of people to work with and management is supportive. Solid entry-level job.

    Cons

    Lack of upward mobility within the department and can take a while to move out of the department.

    Advice to Management

    Work on ongoing education and training as a lack of upward mobility in the company is holding back a 5 star review

    Good work place
    Everything is process oriented
    Good for the followers not for innovative minds

    Cons

    Bad shifts and cheap allowance
    everything driven from UK and US
    No technical work at all
    Equal to a support center
    Indian management thinks that their job is to save money to the company though the employee suffers

    Advice to Management

    Understand the employees
    Machines will do the processing work you don't need people with such a big office
    Change the travel policy suitable for India, Indian employees are not the industrial workers or you don't convert them into indian workers

    Slow growth due to politics as every where
    No timely motivations.... n rest all fine
