I have been working at Invesco full-time

    Pros

Fairly Structured, hands on learning, develop skills in multiple areas, great stepping stone to another position, transferable skills.

    Cons

Can be tedious or boring. Hitting the sales goal is of the upmost importance. Have to deal with annoying and rude brokers.

    Advice to Management

All good internal sales consultants leave the company because there are so few career opportunities afterwards. If you want to retain talent, open positions.

Invesco has a 37.5 hour work week and good benefits.

    Cons

Overtime is required on many days because of the workload which makes it challenging for those who have children.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Invesco full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are good but not great. Large company. Lots of room for growth. Great work/ life balance.

    Cons

Can have a decent amount of turnover, but that creates opportunities for you. Pay is right at the average.

    Advice to Management

There isn't much interaction with managers, you are expected to do your job so if you have a lot of interaction with managers, you are probably doing poorly.
