    Pros

Great way to get started in the industry. High turnover translates to many opportunities, ease in moving from department to department.

    Cons

Hours were much too long in custody, average of 45 hours a week sometimes stay late until 9pm, definitely no work-life balance. While working there, I couldn't even consider getting a Masters' degree because there was just no time for it.

    Advice to Management

It has since been acquired by State Street but because it is a bigger company the hours are even worse.

Investors Bank and Trust is a great company to start your career. You get recongized for the job you do and not your time on the job. This allows for a fast promotion track if you are smart and work hard! Investors Bank and Trust also has a great education program including investors university and tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

The salary is lower than other companies and the vacation is low for entry level jobs. Also there are very little outside events for employees.

    Advice to Management

Work on making the enviorment better for employees. Have more employee events.
