    Flexibility, decent pay

    Pros

Brand name goes a far way and you don’t have to cold call. Many appointments will come in for you. Pay is commission and ultimately depends on your location (Florida has appropriate installation weather year-round, Pennsylvania does not). Generally, you should make at least 40-50k. Great management and help from corporate.

    Cons

Slower months in colder areas, weaker benefits (but that is up to whomever your local dealership is).
