    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Inzenka full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great team - super smart, collaborative and sociable. Varied interests make for interesting lunch chat! Strong client base with challenging, interesting projects. Early exposure to senior levels in client teams. No face-time culture, or pressure to work the needless, unproductive long hours you sometimes see at similar consultancies. Promotion on merit.

    Cons

Salaries low compared to market rate. This is usually made up for through bonuses, but isn't guaranteed. Lack of consistency in senior management input: some can be hands-off, whilst others have a tendency to micro-manage. Tight friendships in the team can sometimes feel cliquey.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Inzenka full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Brilliant people with really interesting backgrounds and experiences (in and outside of work) - Interesting projects with industry-leading clients - Lots of scope to drive personal development and gain extra repsonsiblity

    Cons

    - Small office can be quiet when lots of people are at client site - Company size limits the range of clients available at a single point in time

    Advice to Management

    - Keep going and define a clear path to expansion (remaining sub-50)

    Approves of CEO

I worked at Inzenka full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Great client list, opportunity with some of the world's largest companies on truly innovative and highly challenging problems. Projects are tough but that is what makes them exciting - Very collaborative culture, colleagues are all approachable and happy to take time to assist where they can - Meritocratic culture. Promotions and progression based on performance, great development process that can really help you... improve - Senior staff are great role models and there is definitely a lot you can learn. Great opportunity for mentoring that will hard to find at larger firms

    Cons

    - Renumeration below market average. Made up in part by generous bonuses and perks, but room for improvement - At times can be a bit hierarchical, some senior staff can be a bit too hands-off - Due to small nature of firm, project resourcing is not always adequate and workload can be challenging as a result. But happens with all consulting firms - Long term career path at senior levels not defined, difficult to see... where you will be after 5+ years as no partnership model
