I have been working at Ipca Laboratories full-time

    Pros

Excellent culture! Don't expect typical corporate culture, but if you don't work for money, and don't want 'change' in life, you can end up working here whole life! For freshers, prolific company to learn. For experienced, good company to settle as they get good package. No stress while and after working. You'll be as fresh leaving for the day as you had came, except you'll be little bored due to work but never ever stressed out. And one very iportant benefit! Leave is not denied to anybody.

    Cons

No personality development. Don't expect learning manners & etiquettes & don't expect same from others. Poor salary for freshers. Performance doesn't matter either way. Resistant to change. no retention policy.

    Advice to Management

Value employees. Implement (first prepare) good retention policies. Give good starting package to freshers & increments to existing employees if you want stability. World is yours!
