I worked at Irevna full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Only good for freshers. Even managers have max 2-4 years of exp.

    Cons

    - There is no career graph for experienced people.
    - In general, top management wants people to leave after 1-2 years in the company.
    - If someone comes at high salary, his job may be cut. Some people have been just asked to resign and leave, so that company can cut corners and maintain its margins. They are given flimsy reasons, like 'they are not fitting in the team', or 'that task was not delivered on time' blah blah.
    - Many people are made to be embarrassed during parting, incl. senior people.
    - HR is totally dumb and unprofessional. They mostly come from local colleges, and surprisingly when join the company, start demeaning others, even those people who are from good institutes. During interview, they try to tell people that their career decisions have been poor and career will start when they join Irevna. Total unprofessional and cheating attitude.
    - No work life balance when client gives some work, which can be even at 10 PM.

    Advice to Management

Stop posing as a professional company, since you have no professionalism.

I worked at Irevna full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A good starting point for a completely novice in equity research. Usually work life balance is reasonable. Job security is also there to an extent.

    Cons

Compensation is very poor which has been going southward continuously. Employee's prior experience and his interests are of least importance as it is a KPO so you are expected to serve the client keeping your mouth shut and even bearing the client's abuses in some cases. Career opportunity is very pathetic as management wants you to leave the company after 2-3 years. It's a company with 60% workforce having less than 2 years of experience.

    Advice to Management

Try not to compromise on quality. Though your belief is that everybody is dispensable, you should start considering them as your assets because that is the only thing you have.

    Cons

    -bad management
-once you have learnt what you wanted, you can start looking for new opportunities
    -favouritism
-all decision take place centrally in India, therefore business in not well-adjusted with Polish market
