    Good co-workers, able to transfer to different departments and different states if you want to move, mangement is nice depending who your boss is.

    Pros

    Iron Mountain largest Document Solution company in the world. Iron Mountain has great benefits.

    Cons

    The only con that I have was the fact that myself and my entire department was laid off and our positions were outsourced to India and the Philippines.

    To ensure everyone is coached and mentored for success.

    Cons

    some facilities are not climate controlled and it gets really hot in TX in the summer

    Need both technical and soft skills to excel at role (may not be clearly communicated in job postings); poor frontline leadership with lack of training in providing feedback and coaching to employees

    Pros

    Iron mountain was a very good company to work for. I enjoyed my time there and the management and my co workers were great.
    They pay and benefits package as an employee was very good.

    Cons

    The only concern I had for this position was scheduling. My customer base was too far open and there was no way to get all my orders done in a timely manner.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on top of the drivers schedule and try not to overbook daily work load.
