I worked at Iron Mountain Inc as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly people for the most part. Always got off on time. They try and put you where you would best at and help out with training.

    Cons

Some dust. But depends what your doing. I had fun inspiring data but sometimes there are incorrect data that’s doubled and trying to fix it was a pain.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

I worked at Iron Mountain Inc full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people I worked with were more than coworkers. They became family. I have never had a job where I felt so at home.

    Cons

This job was a temp position. We were hired on to clear out a warehouse for resale to a developer. I surely will miss working there.

    Advice to Management

None. They treated us like family. I knew going in it was a temp position. Wish it were a longer or perm assignment. That's the only thing I can say really in disregard.

I have been working at Iron Mountain Inc full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I am sorry for those of you who work at IM's that are not as great as mine, but we are consistently in the top 10 of metrics, our management and people are wonderful, and my job changes on a daily basis, so it is never rote. We are a very cohesive team. I adore working here, and (hopefully) will be for a very, very long time. I am very proud to be a Mountaineer!

    Cons

Dusty, old buildings. Probably have gone through 1,000,000 sheets of Kleenex by now...

    Advice to Management

Upgrade the elevators in all buildings--we probably spend more on fixing them than it would cost to replace them. And re-code DCS so when you check your work you can full-screen and hide empty fields
