    Pros

    - Most departments allow employees to work 1-3 days remote, as well as provide flexible working schedules to accommodate your personal schedule outside of work.
    - All upper management is very friendly, respectful to all and down-to-earth.
    - The environment and dress code are casual.
    - Everyone here believes in the product and is passionate about our industry!

    Cons

    - Far too many meetings. I'm not sure how much productive work gets done with so many meetings.
    - Management is slow and hesitant to accept and adapt to change for company growth.
    - Decision making is a very long process

    Pros

    - The culture of this company is second to none.
    - Management and co workers open to helping.
    - Small start up feel meaning you'll have expanded responsibilities pass your job description.

    Cons

    - Compensation does not reflect the quality and type of work performed.
    - Moving around the company and promotions aren't as frequent for lower level employees.
    - Management slow to point out under performers.

I have been working at IronRidge full-time

    Pros

Good culture with great people to work with. Management at all levels seemed to care. Solar is a great industry to be in and company is growing quickly without compromising its culture.

    Cons

People spread out across too many offices makes communications difficult. Monthly company meetings are helpful, but I still dont know what most people are working on. Also management is sometimes slow to weed out poor performers even when it is obvious to everybody else who the problems are.

    Advice to Management

Company is doing well so don't be so frugal. You can afford to pay better salaries and provide more perks like training.
