    I worked at Ironwood Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    As a field tech, I had alot of independence in planning my day and working on my daily schedule with the customers and was usually home by mid afternoon.

    Cons

    The company started allowing customers to schedule jobs before 8am and after 5pm. I would end up finishing my morning by 10 am and not start my next job by 530pm. As we were paid piece meal, those hours were unpaid. The company also tacitly enforced unsafe working conditions by requiring techs to go on roofs off ladders.
