I have been working at Irvine Technology full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

HR is very responsive to employees needs and inquiries - Amanda Woods, the HR manager is awesome
They offer medical, dental, vision and 401k for full time employees

    Cons

I could not think of any negative things to say about my experience working with ITC. It's been great and I have no complaints!

I worked at Irvine Technology full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Can't think of many. Have a couple well established accounts and people seemed to be happy while at work.

    Cons

Management has no clear direction and is slow to make decisions. You're told one thing and then they do another. Also, don't feel empowered to make any decisions on my own. Not a great for for someone who doesn't like micro management, unrealistic metrics, and politics.

I have been working at Irvine Technology full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Nimble company with a solid potential to earn good income and offer a solid career in sales or recruitment. Lots of internal perks in working there, warm culture, nice outings, free food, close relationship to management. Ability to utilize personal strengths and hit goals. Core sales and recruitment team work together well and people genuinely respect each other and drive each other to succeed. CEO does truly believe in work/life balance and values employees for hard work.

    Cons

Lots of changes internally in structure and management. For the right reasons, but they are still working on the right model for growth. Sometimes new management may not be in tune with the rest of the staff. Need to listen a little more and respect comments when they can contribute to success of company.

    Advice to Management

Get to know your employees and understand what drives them. Small company strategies can change frequently which makes the company great, sometimes distraction from goals, creating models from other companies may not necessarily work here. Take a look at how company had grown in the past, try not to complicate things and go back to fundamentals. Comp is awesome / competitive and great for solid performers, but company is not the highest paying in the industry, recognize that.

    Pros

Finally a company who truly cares about their employees and their clients. They continuously strive to be the best in the industry and conduct themselves with integrity in every thing they do.

    Cons

Rarely does anyone leave the company so there is little room for management opportunities unless they are growing another vertical.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing!

    Pros

There aren't any what can I say, getting out of there was the best thing about working there!

    Cons

The place was rampant with issues and only a few succeeded there and if you were not one of them then you were not successful at all. The sales team was filled with unskilled and unscrupulous people.

    Advice to Management

You will never get it and will never see the bigger picture

Great accounts, good employee benefits, good reputation, they pay commission on time.

    Cons

Low base pay for recruiters, fully run on matrix, all about the numbers, inexperienced Account Managers. Senior management want so grow the business but changes directions often.

    Advice to Management

It's not about numbers it's about relationships

    Pros

ITC offers strong leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit and the opportunity to customize the way in each you position yourself in the marketplace. In such a competitive industry, ITC succeeds with the close relationships between Recruiters and Account Executives to Senior Management. Although there is not extensive training, Reps are given the tools necessary to feel confident when meeting with customers and prospects. Compensation structure is setup to where you can make a lot of money if you are driven to put the hours in!

    Cons

ITC could offer more structured training to Sales Reps to match what is provided to Recruiters. They are headed in that direction but if the right Reps are brought on board and have the hunter approach, they will succeed without it!

    Advice to Management

Incentive trips for top performing reps, President's Club
