I worked at Isbank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Better benefits package than average Turkish employers. Salaries are lower than the market for at least the first few years of employment.

    Cons

Intolerant and uninformative managers. Subjective career improvement methods that do not value employees' talent, ethics, or their professional background.

    Advice to Management

As a big corporate company, you need to start reviewing your management structure considering the next generations, namely Gen-Y, millenials, to better respond to their expectations and ease their transition to your culture. In the end, they will form a better culture if given the chance.
