Pros
The firm cares about its employees, which they have shown in various ways . For example, while many are now working from home, we have zoom get togethers and have received a variety of unexpected gifts delivered to our homes. The members believe in having an "open-door policy". We have overall a sophisticated client base and the work is very interesting.
Cons
The hours can be long during certain times of the year. However, that is to be expected when working in a public accounting firm,.

There is a real sense of camaraderie among the employees. The firm has a dedication to providing their employees with training and growth opportunities and supporting their career goals. Professionals are given freedom to get their work done without micromanagement. This is a great firm where you can grow and learn while enjoying a very competitive salary and top tier benefits.
Cons
Hours during busy seasons can be long, however the firm is very supportive of having a good work/life balance and makes up for the busy times by allowing more flexibility during the slower seasons.

Pros
There is a great sense of teamwork at I&Co, where everyone is willing to help each other out (when needed). Management is helpful in providing guidance and opportunities for staff to develop and advance. Aside from imminent deadlines, Senior Staff are given the opportunity to schedule the timing of their engagements in flexible way. Interesting clients in a wide range of industries makes the work more enjoyable here. Most importantly, there seems to be room to advance here..
Cons
Long hours and mandatory Saturdays during the busy season. Lack of established/formalized systems for certain processes. A little behind in keeping up with current technology.
