    Pros

Flexibility and autonomy for Field case nurses, for the most part. Supportive supervisor for the most part. Case management staff friendly and helpful

    Cons

Unrealistic expectations from corporate office. Benefits are very expensive, with minimal options. Corporate staff has control over field nurse hours for PPE, and can make changes based on management discretion.

    Advice to Management

The company has ceased to be funded by investors (AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile)

    Pros

Great employees who are smart, driven and wonderful to work with. Great compensation and benefits. Innovative concept. Ahead of its time.

    Cons

Horrible leadership. Ivory tower. No communication. No strategic direction. Reactive. Completely blew a wonderful opportunity at great cost to both the MNOs and the employees.

    Advice to Management

    Shame on you.

I have been working at Isis full-time

    Pros

    - Generally good people working there
    - Cash compensation is good
    - Excellent 401k match
    - Good if you enjoy the challenging of developing a new brand, market and lifestyle

    Cons

    - Top down driven company. Leadership team makes or micromanages every decision, major and minor.
    - People with no subject matter expertise often have excessive influence (or absolute) on projects/programs and are often narrow minded when making decisions
    - No opportunity for advancement in terms of titles or responsibilities. Hires from the outside instead of looking at existing internal expertise. Existing employees often don't even know positions are available.

    Advice to Management

    - Let the people you hired have the freedom to make decisions in the area of their expertise
    - Stop micromanaging every program. Trust your people.
    - Stop always hiring from the outside. Allow you existing employee base a chance to advance.

Great pay, great people to work with - everyone has the opportunity to contribute to the company's success

    Cons

Evolving to a nationally launched product and the rigors behind it has created cultural pains

    Advice to Management

Encourage a culture of inclusiveness to drive better communication

I have been working at Isis full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good product but we might have missed the window of success and product use

    Cons

Poor management from the CEO down. Isis ran off all the good leaders who have all gone on to be successful at other companies.

    Advice to Management

Executives need to leave and I bet the board is not far from seeing this.

I have been working at Isis full-time

    Pros

    Great pay and benefits
    Great workforce

    Cons

Management has no clue of what they are doing. The cookie cutter GE management doesn't have what it takes to help an innovation company succeed.
Second level management hiring people with no work to be done, just to build their empire.
    No cost control.

    Advice to Management

If you don't watch your expenses and productivity, you will need to start layoffs before the end of the year.

I have been working at Isis full-time

    Pros

Great technology, if partnered with the right partners and implemented innnovatively, can revolutionize the way people pay and use offers.

    Cons

Very bad management and very political atmosphere. Employees are promoted by being favorable to the bosses. The organization is run as being run by a Project Manager rather than being run by an Innovator, Strategist.

Very bad/No communication by the Senior Management to the down. Management can't manage or advance the career of the employees.

Working at this company affects your personal life to the great extent.

    Advice to Management

Please clean up the mid level management extensively.

    Pros

    Great medical and retirement benefits.

    Cons

This company is top heavy. You have C-Levels reporting to C-Levels reporting into the CEO.

"Good Old Boy Club" runs this company.

Poor corporate culture. Does not work to develop its internal talent; prefers to hire in friends instead of promoting from within.

Communication gap between management/employees and between the teams.

    Lacks internal processes.

    Child-like atmosphere.

    Advice to Management

Advice to the MNOs is to clean house from the top down.
