  • No integrity, employees can do anything they want upper management is a boys club turn over high (in 7 reviews)

    Pros

    I left and came back because of the coworkers, and the do it yourself environment.

    Cons

    Manager training can be hectic at times, and transitioning ruins the flow of the restaurant.

    Advice to Management

    Don't be nit picky if you don't know the situation.

    A large company with many restaurant yet they are able to maintain their core values
    Best Regional manager I have ever worked for
    Always learning, best training system and ongoing development

    Difficult to hire, always seem under staffed

    minimum wage, but salary system is like that in any other restaurant. sometimes customers don't tip ETOs

    Pros

    Most of the staff, at least at my location, were all around my age in their early 20's so everyone pretty much got along. Managers were so chill and enforced the main rules but were pretty lenient. By far the chillest job I have ever had.

    Cons

    Managers were constantly pushing you to learn the menu and move up in the company and when you did, they definitely took their time moving you up. A lot of promises were made that they didn't keep which was frustrating

    This a great company to work for. Systems are in place and all we have to do is ensure they are followed daily. Seems easy enough, and it is! I look forward to work. Truly, I do.

    Cons

    It is a lot of hard work and you have to be willing to do the work. The compensation matches the level of work you do and General Managers get weekends off! Definitely a perk worth working towards!

    Advice to Management

    Follow the checklists, set yourself up for success and all will fall into place. Failure to do these things and you will find yourself putting out more fires than preventing them.

    A corporate structure that feels like family. Weekends off doesn't hurt.

    Cons

    Yelp is King and as a GM you must answer for every guest perception. It's more so a con of the industry in general.

    Pros

    Great team environment. I met some of my good friends here. Management was always supportive, fair and good to be around. Money on the weekends is a plus. Good foundation of developing customer service skills.

    Cons

    Have to sacrifice a couple weekend nights but the tips are worth it.

    Keep proving a fun and energetic atmosphere!
