    Pros

    Usually laid back attitude, friendly environment. Decent hours.

    Cons

    Outsourced employees (around 70% of developers) are treated second rate against bank employees. Facilities are old and suffer bad maintenance. Outdated work methodology

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees equally. Let some new methods in and don't fear change
