    Positive Outlook

I worked at Israel Discount Bank full-time

    Pros

Very stable place to work at, if you get permanent role, you could work there all way to pension. The risk department has the best and smartest workers of the bank.

    Cons

It hard to progress your career in such a big and old school place. The development of the career is very limited, as well as your salary.

    Advice to Management

The management should look at each employee separately and not as part of the whole corporation. All salary raises and development is equal, no matter how you perform.
