    I worked at It Link Solutions (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    My salary was really good for the work I did and enjoyed most of the people.

    Cons

    I think they really need to consider better training of it's employees.

    Advice to Management

    It was really hard to get a gauge on the leadership in the office. Who we had to report to and then helping to solve problems. I would say to the management to be careful on who you hire as a manager. They need to know something about what they are going to be doing. At least give them some training from the ones that are leaving the position.

    I have been working at It Link Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    One can learn communication skills, and fast learning due to pressure over the completion of the project. Salary is reviewed sooner depending upon your performance, monthly extra-curricular activities along with lunch or dinner. time off if needed urgently for personal reasons.

    Cons

    Work burden is alot and one person has to do work of two or maybe three people.
    The managment should change now and should bring new ideas to table top.

    Advice to Management

    Must make the company bigger, hire more staff, fix timings for office and make sure one person do work of one person and leave office on time.
