I worked at Itaú Unibanco (Itaú BBA e Rede)

    Pros

A lot of respect in the workplace. Analyst, managers, coordinators, and interns working together in great teamwork.

    Cons

The system to time your work at the office is really annoying. It frequently goes off, and it causes trouble for employees and bosses.

I worked at Itaú Unibanco (Itaú BBA e Rede)

    Pros

Great Benefits and decent people to work with... Depending on your department.

    Cons

Stressful culture and environment. The corporate culture they attempt to convey is one that would promote a team environment. However, the culture is not collaborative...rather it promotes a cut throat atmosphere. This place does not have a good reputation. Once I left, I received all types of negative feedback.

I worked at Itaú Unibanco (Itaú BBA e Rede) for more than 3 years

    Pros

Enormous company with operations in multiple countries and structured meritocracy rewards. Competitive bonuses, even for communications professionals. Highly qualified team.

    Cons

Management is too self-centered. Bosses sometimes pick the clients' side because of internal politics. That means activities that you know will be unsuccessful are taken forward for fear of contradicting shot-callers.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Itaú Unibanco (Itaú BBA e Rede) full-time for more than a year

    Pros

people are nice, small teams, depending on who you work with you can learn a lot (or a little), not a lot of flow but enough to learn, decent work life balance, great benefits

    Cons

not organized, messy hr department, no flow, have a hard time breaking into the US Market, they are a big bank in brazil but do not realize they need to establish a reputation here before thinking they are "big shots"

    Advice to Management

Stick up for your team rather than sit by to try to make yourself look good
