Awesome office space, non of the downsides of open office space as there are a few developers assigned to one room. Offices in the city center. Interesting projects and clients, usually good communication with them, awesome colleagues that are always willing to help and are knowledgeable, there is always a senior dev around willing to help out the juniors. Good code review policy. New technologies are always researched and used when possible, outdated technologies are kept to a minimum and only with legacy projects. Awesome office culture and flexible hours, as long as your tasks are getting done no one will be micromanaging you. If you need help or days off for private reasons they are always willing to accommodate. Overtime is rare and not expected except in crunch times, which aren't often. Awesome work-life balance and benefits, pay is competitive and raises can be obtained if you work hard. One on one talks with your superior happen often and feedback, both positive and negative, is given regularly.

As the company is growing we are starting to feel crowded in the current office space, but nothing unmanageable.
