Itsu was a small company that it is getting bigger very fast and sometimes this could lead to forgot the roots of what it made it great.

I worked at Itsu full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The only good thing at the company was weekly pay, bonus mystery shopper. Front of house is very different to being in the kitchen.

    Cons

Unorganised at times, calling in sick very frowned upon, pressure for mystery shopper review. Lengthy hours for front of house staff

    Advice to Management

    Change the mystery shopper rule

I worked at Itsu full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - The Shop ia very clean, bright, not smelling
    - The salary is not so bad, more then other jobs
    - weekly salary
    - clear roles and rules
    - Nice interior design (it's important!)

    Cons

    - High pressure!! The Job is very stressfull
    - The Team Leaders were really unpolite and Rude! They really used to treat team members very bad expecially at the begining.

    Advice to Management

I can understand that a leader has to be strict but it's not good to mortify people who are learning. The leaders should know that humiliated people don't do their best. Please teach your leaders how to deal with new employees and how to really support them in order to get the best from them! :) and please..teach them that a leader can smile without losing power and credibility. Thank you :)

I worked at Itsu full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great experience with opportunity to develop
Good atmosphere and team was always fun to work with .
Training was given and lots of courses to attend

    Cons

High pressured and very demanding !
Head office was always very snooty and rude.
Though I was in management the bonus structure was being changed without prior notice making it impossible to achieve
Money wasn't really good as a manager as we were always expected to work more than we should.
Team leaders would be paid more than us if we were to be paid hourly like them
