very good support during Covid when i had questions and needed help in normal times, a lot of very nice people work in my shop and also in office good training with often pay reviewed, free healthy food, paid breaks, bonus

not often weekend off, off mainly during the week as my shop is busy during weeked

Very good organisation, putting the hygiene on the top of procedures, great food, good perks.
Cons
Normally shorten in people making work a bit stressful, adding a lot of hours and responsibilities to the staff. Career growth depends of the friendship you have with your managers.
