    Pros

    Good product , Good Salary

    Cons

Undisciplined people , No professional ethics especially with Higher Management
No proper qualified managers , Weak Hiring process . Importance given to relatives of few managers .

You will loose peace of mind within in 3 months of working. You can see a lot Junk people , who doesnt want to work and makes you irritated to the core .

It will be surprised to see such a worst management at APAC from top level , who doesnt even have proper degrees and are weak at buisness development .

I strongly recommended who is interested in politics can join Ixia but not to work .Worst suppot and sales teams

    Advice to Management

    Make APAC hiring better
APAC managrs to be proffessional to make the work environment better for other employees to work
