I have been working at Ixia full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Overall not a bad place to work, benefits are good.

    Cons

Can be stressful at times. Management top heavy. Seems like a lot of the good talent eventually leaves. Some departments have no idea what "TEAM" means. This used to really be the place to work a few years ago

    Pros

    Growth of company, future earnings.

    Cons

Long drawn out process with little direction. Senior IT management will not admit they have no direction and don't know how to make decisions because they lack experience. IT management has very little power since the business people make IT decisions.Long drawn out process with little direction. Bleeding edge technology, a lot of interesting challenges (if you are in the right team). A lot of smart people around. Good benefits package.

    Cons

The culture in the company definitely changed. A lot of smart people left or were let go. Management treats people like resource. Bug numbers is the only game in town. With overseas locations work-life balance is nonexistent.
