Improve working conditions by making breaks longer, hire more employees and the credit card account target goal for sales associates needs to be removed.

    Pros

The coworkers make the job fun. Interaction with customers (improves communication)

    Cons

Managers are expected to manage coworkers and make sure everybody's doing work. I wouldn't call this a con, but some may dislike managers for doing their job I suppose. Just do as expected, and you'll be fine. 'Course, some customers can be a handful, but be relaxed and handle well.
