    Pros

If you like a big diverse wardrobe, apply. Help stop loss w/ customer service. A 25% employee discount on Brand name clothing in store/online/shipped to store and save more. Can participate in rewards and coupons...In Parkdale mall. ..1Hour lunch/8hr or more shift...share LOD/MOD responsible in a shift..cashiers can make extra $ by informing and convincing customers to apply jcp credit , download app ,rewards program and findmores....Rewards for good work, 5$ credits or giftcard

    Cons

Not a paid weekly gig, every 2 weeks..big difference I tell ya...Huge store, multiple entrances =high losses in theft...hurts all employees. Absolutely no overtime, 30 maybe 35hrs a week is fulltime....makes big impact on income for hourly paid employees. Especially new employees that get the same hourly rate but use to 45-50 hrs a week. Say at 10hr×35hrs=350 gross weekly...oppossed to 10hr×45hrs=400+15×5=475 weekly
