    I worked at J. C. Penney full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Discounts on all items (including Sephora)

    Cons

Coworkers and managers at former location are rather dramatic and unprofessional when not around customers (sometimes around and/or to customers)

    Advice to Management

In my six months there I could tell you need to be more professional, especially to your employees, and stop picking favorites: it's unethical and unfair. Never in my life have I ever had a workplace that seemed to have more drama, constant complaining, and lack of ethics than a Junior high.
