    Pros

Some extremely talented people work here... each and every person's voice can be heard - whether by your supervisor or by Mickey Drexler. Each person can make a difference and the people who make a difference are recognized and applauded. Great team and group of people. Of course every day is not perfect but it is what you make of it. People are supported... not cut throat like at other fashion companies.

    Cons

Some people in top positions are pretty clueless... it is difficult for their supervisors or for Mickey to know the truth about them. Eventually the worst ones are usually found out and end up leaving. But they held alot of people and the company back.

    Advice to Management

Be more in touch with what is really going on. People will be afraid to say bad things about their supervisors who aren't doing a good job. It is up to you to find out the truth.

    Pros

    - AWESOME discount
    - Amazing, friendly, supportive staff, including management
    - Very little inside drama
    - You were always kept on the same page as everyone else, either through a brief snapshot of the day before your shift starts, or a quarterly store meeting

    Cons

    - Retail hours, so holiday time-off is hard to come by
    - There was some staff turn-over, but I've seen way worse

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing, I loved working there, even as an hourly support staff member!

    Pros

The discount. That is it. There is really nothing positive about this location, I would not tell anyone to work here, it is really a miserable place to work, there are much better part time jobs out there.

    Cons

EVERYTHING. The managers are less than satisfactory, the good ones always leave or get moved to a different store and then we are still stuck with the managers that are constantly yelling at us or having talks with us in the office over things that they should just let go of. Some of us have been with the company for many years but are treated like we are brand new, and the high rate of turnover is unstable for the employees. The customers do not like this location because of management issues and all of my coworkers hate it because of management.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Excellent discounts, The managers and very competent and fair, fun work environment, Great clothes, people love the help you provide to them, health insurance for part time employees

    Cons

Pay is slightly above minimum wage plus commission (which isn't much), Health insurance doesn't cover much, not enough hours to go around, often times may work no more then four hours a week

    Advice to Management

Hire less people and give the people you have more hours. I would love to see more communication from the higher ups down to the lower employees. Ive been there a year and havent met anyone higher then my manager.

    Pros

If you are lucky enough, the other employers are fun to work with. The managers have their good days and their bad days.

    Cons

The closing hours shifts can be annoying. The customers are also a lot to deal with. The problem is that the customer is always right.

    Advice to Management

To take into consideration that their part-time employees are part-time for a reason. They have other tasks to do outside of work.
