    Pros

    Acceptable salary good training opportunities. Good relations to upper management, IT department always fast and good response ,co workers are always ready to help

    Cons

    Unable to relocate employees that have been in the company for many years, family health insurance to high, declined for lot of workers

    Advice to Management

    There are a lot of workers with more than 20 years in the company and most of them remember the good days when Mr. Abrams was in charge ,the company have a lot of good workers KEEP THEM,THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY ASSET. Don't let them go.

    Pros

    Salary is pretty good for someone coming out of college. You get the experience of bridge and road building.

    Cons

    Not a lot of engineering work. Your main job is to keep daily quantities up to date. The position should be that of a bookkeeper and not and engineer. Be ready to be out in the sun a lot and do hard work. Work/Life Balance: Forget about planning your weekends ahead of time...
