I can honestly say there’s nowhere else I’d rather work. I’ve been here for 2 years and I can see myself staying until retirement.

This is an excellent organization to work for, especially if you’re just getting your start as you’ll be able to build up experience and assume responsibility that will serve you well in any future career you may want to pursue. I worked for J.F. Kiely for almost 5 years and I can definitely say it was time well spent.

The work was demanding and fast-paced at first, but eventually you find your groove and it becomes more manageable.

It’s a nice, small firm that has more of a family feel to it than a corporate feel. It’s ideal if you want a more personal touch to your work-life.

A highly supportive culture creates an environment with an incredibly steep experience curve. Looking back over my 4 years at the company I am amazed at how much I have developed across all aspects of the professional skillset spectrum, but at no point did I feel "in-over-my-head" due to the strong mentorship I received.

Room for better coordination between management and employees.

It's the people and passion we share, which makes it for me. Everyone is on the same wavelength, if you need help or have a problem - work or personal side there is always help available.
