    Pros

    Good Benefits, Stable Company, Good Pay, Mostly Good People in hourly staff, Plant Manager good to work with, Try to put good systems in place, however, complex.

    Cons

    No investment in people, not much room for promotions, overwork staff and management, Dirty Work environment, Need to evaluate realistic goals and adapt smart work environment for people. Recognize people that are good workers and award.

    Solid company, work-life balance, nice people to work with, good benefit

    Cons

    No career advancement for most of the people. Bonus is small

    Advice to Management

    Should provide employee award system, give good feedbacks and not just bad

    Very nice people to work with. Great work life balance.

    Cons

    No career advancement for most of the people. No employee development. Don't expect to get things done.

    Pros

    Average Company with average benefits and average everything. Everything is just average. It is a fine place to work.

    Cons

    Advancement is limited. Safety program is kind of a joke.

    Pros

    401k - 5% match, plus an additional 5% yearly contribution in Q1 each year to employee 401k
    Time off, 2 weeks vacation for years 1-4, 3 weeks for years 5-9, 4 weeks for years 10-19, 5 weeks max at 20 years of service. Holiday time includes 8 scheduled/national holidays in the US, plus 4 floating holidays.
    -Family owned feeling, although that has diminished in recent years...

    Cons

    Privately owed, so this limits capital invested into maintain production plants and labs. Also the attempt to operate as lean as possible in regards to staffing is unfair to the ground level employee. Management staff is too top heavy and creates too much red tape to operate effectively.
    Slow to provide raises or promote from within...

    Advice to Management

    Fairness and recognition to all employees, regardless of title will boost morale and improve productivity.

    Pros

    Huber practices genuine respect for people. Huber has strong guiding principles and develops its people. It has a real family atmosphere. Huber promotes collaboration among its businesses in environmental health and safety. Compensation is good and has high upside to tension.

    Cons

    Benefits are typical and not above average. Capital can be tight due to family owned nature of business. Huber does a good job of managing the workforce but might be a little light in technical resources. Doing too much with too little.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up with good development of people but further invest in site infrastructure

    Pros

    Great team and people, especially at corporate. Flexible with locations and working remotely. Learned a great deal due to corporate culture.

    Cons

    Corporate culture does not necessary trickle down to the business units. Sometimes there is too much red tape at business units, processes could be made more efficient.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on clearer and more continuous communication with business units. Formalize a more functional rotational program between business units so there is less isolation.
